SHIPPING POLICY

Manheim Township Sports, LLC (“Manheim Township Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to delivering custom-decorated and personalized products with care, accuracy, and efficiency. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and communicated to customers.

 

This Shipping Policy applies only to shipping and delivery and is separate from our Return & Exchange Policy.

Order Processing

All orders placed through Manheim Township Sports are processed within 72 hours. Processing includes order review, product preparation, and customization or decoration as specified at checkout. Orders may be eligible for cancellation prior to entering production for customization. Once an order has entered production, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Because many of our products are custom-decorated or personalized, processing times may vary slightly based on:

  • Order volume

  • Customization requirements

  • Product availability

  • Production schedules

 

We make every effort to process orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has completed processing, it is shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout using our standard shipping method.

The estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days from the date the order completes processing and production. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional service disruptions

  • Peak shipping periods

 

Manheim Township Sports, LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred for delivery.

 

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Manheim Township Sports is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

 

Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. This allows customers to track shipment progress directly through the carrier’s website. Any shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

 

Shipping confirmations and tracking notifications are considered transactional communications and are sent automatically as part of order fulfillment in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed prior to order confirmation.

Order Status & Support

 

If you have questions regarding your order status, shipping timeline, or tracking information, please contact our customer support team. We are happy to assist and provide updates whenever possible.

Shipping Issues & Incorrect Orders

If an order is delivered with incorrect customization, defects, or shipping-related damage, please notify us within the timeframe outlined in our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

 

Policy Updates

This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational changes, carrier updates, or service improvements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Return, Exchange, & Cancellation Policy

Manheim Township Sports, LLC (“Manheim Township Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values customer satisfaction and takes pride in delivering high-quality, custom-decorated apparel and merchandise. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

This policy is separate from our Shipping Policy and should be reviewed prior to placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Products

Many of our products are custom-decorated or personalized. Because of the nature of customization, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges of apparel or items with logos or custom printing are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • There is a manufacturer’s error in the logo or custom print

  • There is a defect in the item

  • The item was damaged during shipping (see “Shipping Damage” section)

 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Design approval errors once production has started

  • Custom items without a verified defect or error

 

Reporting an Issue

Any issues related to manufacturer errors, defects, or shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and, if applicable, packaging

Return Authorization (RA)

  • All approved returns or exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA)

  • No returns will be accepted without an RA

  • Instructions for return shipping will be provided with the RA

 

Return Process

Once an RA is issued:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

  • A copy of the RA and original receipt must be included with the return

 

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage:

  1. Take a photo of the outer package before opening

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  3. Email photos and order details to getmygear@manheimtownshipsports.com

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability and customer preference.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturer error, defect, or shipping damage, Manheim Township Sports will cover return shipping costs

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided with the RA

 

Refunds & Replacements

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Approved replacements will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to availability

  • Refund processing times may vary based on payment provider

 

Cancellations

Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may be cancelled with a full refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The order has not yet entered production for customization

  • The products being decorated were not specially sourced to fulfill the order

 

Customization typically begins within 24 hours of order placement.

 

How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to: getmygear@manheimtownshipsports.com

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

 

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders are not eligible for cancellation if:

  • Customization or production has already started

  • Products have been explicitly sourced to fulfill the order

 

Incorrect Customization

If an order has been fulfilled but customized incorrectly due to our error, the order is eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Custom-printed items without verified defects or errors

  • Orders already in production or completed correctly per approved design

 

Communications & Privacy

All order-related communications, including return confirmations, cancellation notices, refunds, and shipping updates, are considered transactional communications and are sent automatically in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Policy Updates

Manheim Township Sports, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date and will take effect immediately upon posting.
